The Teivo Cup I was held yesterday, November 26, 2011, with the sun shining and temperatures a few degrees above freezing. This attracted 80 runners to compete on a partially icy course. There was a good turnout in the youth categories, such as in the girls' 11-year-old category, where Mila Manninen (KU-68) completed the kilometer distance in 4:10. The fastest in the 17-year-old category for the 5 km distance was Markus Kyrölä (LeKi) with an impressive time of 17:58.
